What is this turbo? Should I try and get it?

Here at school, they have a Cummins engine just chilling, so I thought I would snap some shots of the turbo. What can you tell me about it?

Search Holset on here and TD, tons of threads on them and how to read the numbers. Good for a 16 valve, so so on a 2.5 with a ported head.
