86 Lancer with 89 electronics. no crank

Won't crank only giving me a code 35 because I don't have the fan hooked up. Also starter relay not clicking. Replaced it with a spare still no click.

Starter wiring hooked up? Was it an auto wiring harness? More info needed.

Got it figured out. Wire in the harness was in the wrong place and had a bad ground on the neutral safety switch
