Just wondering if anyone has upgraded their intercooler? The more I look at it all one needs is one a little bit deeper to make it work with the setup already in the side there with the existing plumbing holes. I don't really fancy opening up new holes into the engine bay.

Any ideas are appreciated.

If you look at Mike's build thread you can see that the Intercooler is 3x normal size , in stock location

Any news on this? Or on where that 3x huge intercooler came from that Mike used?

The cooler on the blue car was a core with efficiency numbers good for his application. Slowespeed did the fab of the end tanks and installation.

No specifics... I am actually looking into setting up a water to air IC in the side there. Found a local shop that is willing to build an air to air as a backup. Will update once I choose.

I still have a few things left to do on the car before I start worrying about more power adders but was just wondering if it was custom or readily available.

Methanol injection do just as good a job?

For cooling definitely it would help but won't help with your flow (CFM)

Not Consulier, but I'm going with a little bit of :nx: for my rear engine. tiny jet, like .18 or so.
