WTB spindles

Looking to buy spindles to fit an '85-87 Shelby Charger. Trying to convert my other Rampage to 5 lug to match the rear disk brake setup I have for it.

Can't you swap the 4 lug hub and bearing assembly for a five lug hub and bearing? The bearings are the same.
Here's the Moog part number for the 5 lug hub and bearing assembly.

The bearings are thicker for the 5 lug hubs. I took both and measured them, that won't work unless someone knows a trick I dont know.
