R/T Rear Rotors in 5x114.3mm?

I'm building up a Frankenstein brake setup for my 05 Neon swap car. I'd like to jump up to the Spirit R/T rear brakes for it, but at the same time, I am converting the whole car over to 5 x 114.3mm bolt pattern. Does anyone know if there is an 'equivalent' vented rear disc rotor that has that bolt pattern? Yes, I can drill some R/T rotors, but one of my goals in this is to get away from custom made wear parts (I have a Wilwood setup, currently). I travel with the car a lot, and if I have a problem, I would really like to be able to go to a regular parts store, and get parts easily. It doesn't matter to me if I need to go to a "Brand X" part to get something that will work properly. Any insight would be most helpful. Thanks!

The 5x4 to 5x4.5 is the one you would want. 5x100 is only 1.6mm off from 5x4 and would work to redrill the rotors to the pattern you want.

Mini vans went 114 in '90, do any later gen vans have rear discs? Not sure Ive ever taken much notice of the later non-turbo Mini's;)

Aren't the long wheel base vans before 91 the ones with the 5x114.3 setup? My 90 turbo SWB is 5x100, not sure if its original tho. I've never seen discs on the back of a 2nd gen van.

Yes, they have rear discs on the later vans, but not sure if they are vented.

The 01 rear discs I'm using on the rear of my van are solid 290mm discs with parking brake drums. Quick conversion says they're 11.4". Also to my knowledge the only pre 91 vans with 5x4.5 were the factory 15" wheel vans.

Pretty sure some of the 91-95 Grand Caravans or Town&Country vans had large pattern rear discs.

Neil, I did a write up for my GLHS where I took the rear assembly off a 99 Concorde LHS and applied it to my car with relatively minimal effort.
