In communicating with Jim Fillmore @ Detroit Muscle Technologies here (http://www.detroitmuscletechnologies.com) about reproducing the P body taillight gaskets he was more than willing to do so. I am not sure of a final price or how quickly these would be available. I will be sending a pair of sample gaskets and I am also sending an 87-88 and 89+ style taillight for test fitment and evaluation.

Not to get ahead of things here but it seemed that there would be no 'order minimum' per say so these would actually have a chance at happening and comparing the neon taillight gaskets at around $30/set I would think these would be in that range, still TBD though.

I am not doing this a vendor, this is not an attempt at a sales pitch or to convince the cheapskate tightwads to buy these. It is your car and your decision. This is an 'informational announcement' nothing more or less.

The heater and evaporator core gaskets he made for my Charger seem top notch. I wonder if he kept the stamping dies for them; I might get another set and tear the dash back out of the GLHS.
I'd like to get a set of the tail light gaskets for both cars too.

Excellent. Mention to him there could be a small market for him to corner if he's willing to setup the tooling. BTW, I'm fairly sure those heater and AC core gaskets he made for me are the same for all of our cars, so that's something right there.

The beauty of CNC cutting. There is no tooling to make other than the file.

What kinds of problems have you had with the gaskets? I have had my AA Tail lights off a million times but the AP body lights I try to ignore.

old and worn out. the foam has lost its resilience and leaking has been an on and off problem for many years now.

Also on my GLHS tail lights, there was a lot of tearing when I removed them from the housings to restore the lights.

It will most likely be through his ebay store. When things are in place and rolling I will provide additional information.
