Shipped my car off today destined for my new home, and the guy put it on the top of the trailer facing the back. Didn't think of anything of it at the time... but my louvers went bye bye somewhere in Houston. CINDY@FWDP, let me know if you see them on the side of the highway LOL!!! Seems our cars weren't designed to go 80 in reverse.....


Looking for a replacement set. I had Cragars.... I know i probably won't find those again... but its worth a shot right???

Edit: Does anyone know what a set of cragars would go for? I'm trying to estimate damages for the shippers insurance claim. I have no clue.

I have a set of Hammond louvers for L body 2 door.
They are NOS with the hinges.

Take a look at the set that is currently on Ebay. They are aftermarket but it doesn't mention the brand.

I never hold anything for anyone for this reason.

Cash now, if not, check with me if I still have it when you have cash.

If I sold it before you gather enough cash, tough.

Yes, you agreed to hold them. I informed you that I was waiting for an insurance claim to approve. I also told you to let me know if I needed to pay out of pocket for them as I would if necessary.

Which would have been fine if he told me that. I would have paid out of pocket up front. However he agreed to hold them for me.
