Rampage seat belts

Are the Rampage seat belt assemblies unique to the Rampage? I grabbed a pair of '89 Omni belts from a friend and found that the retractor assembly is no where near a bolt on to my 84 Rampage. Are Rampage belts the same as the 2 door L Charger belts?

Any help is appreciated.

He has quite a bit of Rampage/L Body parts he is selling as he was storing parts for a friend who had their car scrapped due to not doing anything with it and it rusted away. They accumulated a sizable amount of parts (interior/body/wiring). I'll hoping to get a few parts from him for my Rampage. He was going to get some pictures of specific parts I asked about and we were going to try and work out a deal and meet at SDAC/Carlisle to exchange $ for parts.
