Saginaw PS adjuster

I'm looking for the adjuster that accepts a 1/2 breaker bar to tension the PS belt. Please let me know if you have one. Thanks!

Thanks! I don't think I've ever actually had that part on a TM, but for some reason I can't seem to get as much tension pushing on it by hand on this car. Pump is making a noise and before replacing it I want to at least rule out the belt being too loose.
