Looks like an HE351 judging by the compressor housing.

Can't go by that. 03-05 still used an HY35 with the newer style compressor and turbine housing. The fact that it's a straight mechanical wastegate would lead me to believe it's an HY35, but I'm not 100% positive which is why I asked.

That could be too, which is identical to an HY35 though.

He351's have the command valve built into the compressor unless someone modified it. This one doesn't look to be that way so I'll bet its something else
