As I've mentioned before, the price will be going up. The new price reflects the tremendous amount of machining and welding it takes to make a BMF intake. There are now 17 custom made components in a BMF intake, 14 of which are CNC'd. Fully TIG welding your BMF intake takes several hours. All machining and welding work is done personally by me here in Southern California, USA!

The new pricing is as follows:

BMF Intake, unwelded, paid by check or money order: $430 + $25 shipping to USA
BMF Intake, unwelded, paid by credit/debit card $430 + $25 shipping to USA + $14 transaction fee

BMF Intake, fully welded, paid by check or money order: $530 + $25 shipping to USA
BMF Intake, fully welded, paid by credit/debit card $530 + $25 shipping to USA + $17 transaction fee

The BMF KSM!

Its a mount for the stock knock sensor. Its totally experimental and nobody has tried one out yet. It requires drilling and tapping two holes in the head for it to mount. And then the knock sensor screws into it, ending up only a few millimeters from the stock location. Its CNC machined and designed to blend into the look of the BMF intake. Its highly experimental and no guarantees are made as to fitment or function, but as you can see its a very straightforward design that should couple the knock sensor to the head very well.

The KSM will be included FREE with any BMF order that is payment-received before 1/31/15. After that they will sell for around $40.

The production schedule for new BMF orders is as follows:

-New orders will start shipping on 3/26/15
-Orders will ship in the order payment was received
-One BMF will ship every two weeks
-So if your order is the second I received payment for, your BMF would ship 2 weeks from 3/26/15, or 4/9/15. If you were 4th to pay, then 5/21/15.

This schedule will allow me time to work on more Turbo Mopar products like huge swingvalves and other goodies!

I am shocked how many people out there bought a BMF intake, way more than I expected. I still have material left to make about 5 or 6 of them. If I dont sell any additional intakes in the next couple months, I'll be liquidating the material because its quite a bit of aluminum (especially the flange blocks) and worth a chunk of change. So anyone who still wants one, now is the time!

Hmmm....

After what I learned with the BMF, I'd have to charge more. The development period is extreme for this sort of thing and I am basically committing to 2 or 3 months of full time work to make it happen. So it would be more like $900 each. If I could get 30 commitments at that price I would do it. Same design/compromises/benefits as the BMF. Huge volumes, short runners, stock fitment.
