2.5 common block

Measured some things on piston/rod #3. If my notes are correct has probably between 10k and 30k miles on it since small bushing honed and piston brand new.

Wrist pin diameter: 0.9009" at ends and middle.

Rod small bushing diameter: varies between .9012 and .9024 depending on where measured.

Rod small bushing surface finish: 7uinch Ra. Thats very fine. I dont see much cross hatching left but the fit is only about 1 thou as shown above so I dont think there is a problem.

Piston skirt finish near wrist pin area. 103uinch Ra. Hmm.

Wrist pin surface finish. 2uinch Ra. Wow thats pretty smooth.
