Description:
New electric water pump. Was part of group purchase. I no longer need it.

New Underdrive pulley. 5 bolt pattern. I no longer need it.

Professionally rebuilt 2.5 Shortblock. Was originally built for NHRA Stock class. Has new .020 Mahle factory style pistons and ARP rod bolts. Block was magnifluxed, bored, honed and align honed. The connecting rods were resized with new ARP rod bolts. The rotating assembly was balanced and the Shortblock was assembled using all of the correct clearances and torques.

These are all really nice parts.....no junk!

It is fresh in the bag! All new stuff :) I wonder what it weighs.....I will try to look into the shipping if you are interested in it. It was built by my machinist buddy that I have used for 20+ years ;-)

No, no. This is a stocker short block. The reason I'm interested us, my car needs a new engine soon; and my father in law just got an NHRA stocker LeBaron with the same engine.

$1200 us what I spent on my last short block, and that was 8 years ago. So, its a good price, and its already done. Just have to decide if the shipping works or not...

Yes I do :) I worked with Hal at an automotive machine shop back in the late eighties!

Smart guys, super quick cars and very good drag racers. Hal got a good laugh when he saw me racing my woody wagon in stock eliminator at Woodburn for the first time.

Yeah....I asked him if he wanted to help me tear down my minivan for tech inspection when I set a record in EF/SA a few years back :)
He said "Sure......with a can of gas and a flare!" lol
I helped him with his Turbo Regal......it's gone mid tens now and he still drives it to work!
