Due to a lapse in judgement I was involved in an un-supervised speed trial this evening....:D

You would be going 115MPH

Now you just have to get it to go back to 20. Just make sure the wife is not with you or sleeping if she is (I did the latter)

You should try to find a GLHS speedo overlay it makes the speedo have numbers go all the way around.

DISCLAIMER!
This was only a dream. Had it been an actual event the people involved would be cited for illegal activity. :thumb:

I need me one of those overlays!!!!
This all started with one of those acura gsxsrtsiR things(too many little letters on those cars...):p

I need to check the accuracy of the speedo too, 3.85 gears,195/50s and a yellow speedo gear. Does 3000rpm@75 MPH sound right??

I had a digital speedo in my daytona pacifica model, loved it! I did 146 MPH in a 45mph zone once, what a rush!

Oh I could just imagine getting that ticket and a cops reaction. Then going to court and explaining your speed. Hahaha.

I doubt there would even be a ticket....probably slap on the cuffs and impound the car.
As for the explanation, well it would probably be no point to one anyway. License suspended for 3 months, $500 fine and done (first offence they are somewhat leanent).
I wasn't even even tach'd out, had a few hundred more RPM. I feel with a long straightaway I could have hit 155-160.
