I was wondering if any of the spirit turbo I cars had a factory boost guage??? because mine doesn't. (car is a 90). how hard is it to hook one up?

not sure about the first part but to hook one up is verry ease. get a vac like from under the hood put a t on it and run a line into the cab hook that to your gauge

So far all the cars that I've seen have a grommet on the drivers side firewall, sometimes hidden behind the carpet. You can always run a vac line through there. After that it's a matter of mounting the gauge where you want it. Some like pillar pods, some just mount it on the dash, some like to blend it in a bit by putting it in (with a plate) a heater vent, speaker grille etc...

Nice work! I used a similar idea in my SC. Mounted the gauges where the radio was and (if it goes back in) I'll move the radio down just above the storage compartment.
My Daytona had the typical 3 gauge setup where the old boost gauge/message centre was.

I love hiding gauges from prying eyes. That way they don't know what hit em ;)

the top 2 are were the radio used to be and the bottom 2 are where the cup holder used to be

I'm going to leave the stock boost gauge in and mount a good one somewhere else, just so I can watch the stock one max out when I'm running higher boost:evil:
