fixing j body quarter window regulators

I just had my drivers side rear break for the second time. Is there a way to fix these?

Window Motor World (ebay sales) sells what they are calling a remanufactured unit that corrects the factory flaws. Lots of people on allpar spoke highly of that company 5-6-7 years ago when I was still active there.

Thanks! See they have one. Will have to wait a week to get that, kinda pricey.

Had my unit rebuilt by them and installed it today. Seems like they do a nice job. Was a 4 hour job to remove all the rear trim, and install, adjust the glass, and put all the trim back.
