The above details are not optional. This is to protect buyers... just put yourself in their shoes.

This is a bit of a feeler/wanted ad. I am looking for a Gold GLH Turbo. I'm not interested in rusty cars. If the suspension/chassis are original and bushings/ball joints/brakes/dampers are shot, that is OK. If it is still stock TI or upgraded to TII, that is OK too. I have a feeling it might take a while to find the right car which doesn't bother me at all. I would need to find a car that can make it back to Wyoming though. I *might* consider a gold n/a GLH, but it would have to be an original GLH at the very least, '85-'86 model year.

Wow, gold was the rarest color. Good luck in your search.

Ad says 1 of 400. if that's right, and it probably is because you hardly ever see them, you gotta get it. Looks sharp.

That is a nice car, but unfortunately too far away (2600 miles one-way). And honestly, I don't think I could bring myself to convert it to turbo if it were a nice all original H.O. GLH. My first car was a red H.O. GLH so I have a soft spot for them.

I'm looking for a gold GLH so I can dump lots of parts I already have into it (Rbryant K-frame and BC coilover setup, 16v engine etc.) Hopefully one day I can find a gold Turbo model that is less than 1000 miles away and not too rusty.

Dang, well the search continues!

One gracious member PM'd me of a nice one on Craigslist in the Seattle area, but from all outward appearances, it too was an H.O. model.

I'm soon going to be selling my black/tan GLH Turbo to my older brother. I feel like I'm selling him one of my arms :( A Gold GLH Turbo would make a good replacement, especially since I have tons of tan interior parts.

Dang nothing out there. After selling my black/tan GLH Turbo I am feeling that I can't do without a GLH Turbo. It needs to have a tan interior. Preferably gold exterior. I can live with a n/a H.O GLH, I guess I will throw some Weber carbs on it if that is the case.

I dunno seems kinda steep to me. Big gash in the driver door. No grille. Lots of mods I have no use for as I'd probably pull it all apart and go 16v. Seems likely it might actually have 176k miles.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for me though; it's appreciated.

Fair. In my neck of the woods you wont see any turbo dodges other than at fwdp and the oldest car in the scrap yards is a 2005 dodge neon. So around here that would be a steal if it ran.

That car looks awfully familiar. I remember a nice gold one with black painted pizza's or steel wheels going back 5-10 years ago. I'll bet it's the same car that just had a rough last few years.

It's not Jessie Buhr's old car is it?

No it isn't. Jessie's old gold GLHT has never ran under it own power after the SRT motor swap. Funny you mentioned that car as Jessie and I were just talking on the phone about it today.

Dang. I would love to give that car Maserati or Lotus power.

Thanks guys for the heads up on this GOLD 1985 GLH-T out of 125. Poetic that I picked it up this last Friday for $1,250!!!! Told the kid to keep the boost button LM to sell here on the forums. I plan on making it just a Stage II GLHS-S setup. There is usual rust under driver side floor pan, but also found the rocker gone rear passenger.

Did get the original block, owner before this one had put in a 2.5L from a LeBaron.

Still looking for that super elusive *gold* GLH Turbo.

I thought about getting myself a GLHS, but the prices I've seen on Ebay are giving me a heart attack. There was one just posted for $24,500!!

I appreciate those members that have kept an eye out for me in trying to find one!

I remember very long ago there was a guy on the SDAC mailing list named Jim Ptak that had one and I've been in love ever since.

I'll give it TIII power but I'll do it in such a way that the car can be reverted to 100% stock.
