R/T AC Hoses

Found out my set is bad on my car so I am in need of a set of Air Conditioning lines that will fit a 1992 Daytona IROC R/T. The Spirit R/T ones should work also. The flanges where they mount to the various things need to be flat and smooth. The set I have are badly pitted and would be too hard to try and fix.
