[B]Description: I picked this up the other day from the local towing company before they scrapped it. It was a nice, zero rust van until impact. Seats may have been covered since new, they are in great condition ($30). Left fender is good ($10), hatch is good and rust free ($25), sliding door is good and closes effortlessly ($25). Headliner and overhead console are great. Lots of other good interior too. I am keeping the engine, wiring harness and seat bases. Transmission is no good. Let me know if you want anything.

Damn, that *was* a nice 7 passenger! Headliner is too big to ship but it's rare you see one that nice.

that was a clean van.
would be worth cutting the lower piece behind the slider if not rusty, they all start there....

Does the hatch have rear wiper and defrost?

Yes and yes. It is in good shape but I did find one small dent in it about in the middle of the window on the right hand side.

I am thinking about pulling it because some day someone will need it. But they are such a ----- to get out and how do you store it and keep it nice?

Not a bit of rust on this van. Could pass for an AZ body. That's why it is such a shame.

Do you know of anyone in your area heading to SDAC? If not would you be willing to see how much greyhound would charge to ship it.

Fix it!

Door, fender some pulling time on the door pillar and a strut.

If you don't fix it, how much for the engine bay wiring harness?

Fixing it is not an option. I bought it just to get the drivetrain, the wiring harness and to see if anybody out there would want anything else off it. It will be in the scrap yard next weekend more than likely.

I dont have local Greyhound service. I think the nearest is Tulsa, about 100 miles away.

To keep the headliner nice and clean, go to a local body shop and ask for a "car cover". Its very light plastic used to cover the car when in the paint booth. Shouldn't cost much. Wrap this around the headliner and use masking tape to secure it.
