If I'm swapping the disc brakes off of my old CSX-T (front and rear), I'd do well to swap the master cylinder as well, right? What about the proportioning valve?

You need the prop valve so the rears will work correctly during hard stops. If the MC has the same size stamped/cast into the front of it it'll be just fine.
I can't remember exactly what the numbers are on the front offhand.

I believe they are a "1" (21mm) or a "4" (24mm) cast into the top right at the front of the MC. Use the same size that was on your CSX and you'll be fine.

I know the MC on the Shelby had a 4 on it, haven't looked to closely at the Charger.

I also still have the MC and proportioning valve from an '87 Shelby Z, but they've both been off the car for at least 5-6 years, so don't know how good they'd be.
