I've made a few of these, but I wasn't planning on making any more.

However, I've gotten some emails about them so I'm starting a group buy!

If I can get 10 orders I'll make them.

So for now, just say "I will buy one" and I'll add you to the list.

Then when I get 10, I'll ask for payment, which will be $55 shipped to USA without any of the port holes, or $65 shipped to USA with the port holes. Shipping to Canada adds $20.

I figure since its a pretty simple part that I've made before, and its not too expensive, that we can just skip the whole deposit deal. haha

Heres the description of it:

This is meant to fit a 58mm throttle body.

It is 1" thick aluminum.

The bolt holes are 0.440" diameter.

The center bore is just over 59mm in diameter.

The outer profile matches the throttle body gasket profile very closely except for the added material for the NPT ports.

The top port is 1/4 NPT.

The three side ports are 1/8 NPT.

so this could in theory replace a vacuum block.

so this could in theory replace a vacuum block.

perhaps..although you might want to carefully count exactly how many vacuum ports you will need..

okay so on my 90 2.5 turbo the vac block connections would be:

-map sensor
-fuel pressure regulator
-blow off valve
-charcoal canister solenoid
-boost gauge (i think..it goes into the firewall near the map sensor)

so you might need one more port since this spacer only has 4 ports...

my cruise control isnt connected anymore, but if it were i think it has its own port to use on the brake booster tee anyways

you can tee from the blow off valve for the cruise and do without the charcoal canister port

Do you have a good source for vacuum fittings that would fit these sizes? Looking around they seem a bit pricey per unit. This would be a great mod to manage vacuum needs.
