Dash restoration

I did some searching, and found a couple threads that talked about a company called Fibrenew. I found a franchise near me, and from the pictures on the web site, it appears they do pretty good work. I sent them pictures of my dash, and they came back with a restoration quote of $125 to fix the three cracks, and $200 to dye the dash and armrests. Not too bad IMHO. Anybody want to share their experince with these folks?


I called Just Dashes, and they told me if they could do it, it would be at least $500....:yuck:

It's the original dash out of my 83 Scamp. So it's a standard 1983 L-body dash in the factory red color. 48530 48537 48538
