Got this out of the catch can on my 1st gen srt swap after only about 150 miles. Mostly highway driving. Motor has 20k on it. Smells a little of fuel but not raw fuel and the rest is a milky watery mixture. Should I be concerned?

Nope.

By product of combustion is H2O and CO2, what you have in the catch can is completely normal.

Its condensation from your crank case. It's not abnormal. Normally this would steam off when your oil got hot, but it's condensing in your catch can and staying there. You'll need to drain it often in the cold weather months for this reason. It may not happen in warmer weather.

Not to bad for a 8 dollar horrible freight air water separator. Just wasn't expecting that much in such a short amount of time

I have the same one on my 20000 mile srt-4
It fills with oil every 3000 miles
Never really have seen condensation but I don't drive
It in cold weather, I think that's when it would be more noticeable

Does the valve cover have no baffles around where the pcv and vent are to keep oil from getting pulled out? Never had a valve cover off this motor before

I think it was Darrel cox that said the Srt motor is a "loose" motor,
That's why you always need a proper functioning pcv setup
