New battery in a '08 Avenger. Easy install or not?

Its possible without removing the tire. Gotta remove front part of wheel well liner. Then remove the hold down and terminals. With the wheel all the way left, you can slide it out and put new one back in. Might have to jack up the front of the car so the wheels are off the ground.

Turns out, I didn't have to replace it at all. Last Tuesday we got down to -16F actual temperature with wind chills of -40F. I jump started the car on Saturday and it's been running fine ever since. I'm happy, easy fix, and she's happy, cheap fix.
