For the wiring, you can get multi-colored wires rated for automotive use here, http://eagleday.com/auwi2.html.

For the terminals, http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/Chrysler_Quick_Connect_Terminal_16_14_Ga_Male_p/a16349.htm.

I'd have to find them since the company where I got them originally closed, but you can get the fuel injectors and terminals (maybe at www.clipsandfasteners.com) new. Wait, found them at Eagle Day, http://eagleday.stores.yahoo.net/2feampjupoti1.html. I THINK the rubber boots can be gotten at Eagle Day, here you go. http://eagleday.com/ampcobo.html

All you need is a good knock sensor plug and a couple of terminals for the air charge temp sensor, maybe those are replaceable through one of the vendors above.

I'd love to. I've thought about it a lot, even bought an NOS one for a two-piece to use as a template for a reproduction one I made for my GLHS. But when you're talking $12 each for just the injector connectors (per the links Jon listed), plus the variety of ends that could be needed for the main harness connection (L-shaped, Rectangle [shown], or oval weather-pak), I'm just not sure how cheap it would be. Plus I still can't find the correct T-clips for the split loom anywhere. Closest I've found is at Napa, and they're pretty awful. But I guess if someone knows a source for those, and there was enough legitimate interest, I could pull it off.

If you can find the tyco part numbers for that stuff it could probably be purchased much cheaper in bulk from someone like Mouser or Allied. http://www.te.com/catalog/connectors/menu/en/17560?BML=10576

The main harness connector is a stopping point if your going for an OEM concours appeareance. Personally I would be just as happy to use a modern sealed connector like amphenol AT or Deutch DT and put a new connector on the factory harness end.

Well the easy solution to that would be to build them to order. Original style spades or later-style pins, or even just terminated wires. The end user could then install the desired connector. It's the T covers for the loom that's really hanging me up.

I've been thinking about building these lately, after having to deal with my own which is in very poor shape. The injector connectors are pretty common. They were used on a lot of different engines. I tore apart a GMC 454 today and it's the same style connector, this was a late 90's, early 2000 engine. The ones on this particular 454 are in really good shape considering it's a high mileage engine. Anyway, I had our parts guy cross-reference them and get a few part numbers. The cheapest price he could find was $12.18 a piece at our cost. Would people want to pay upwards of probably $75 for a new injector harness? The other thing could be to find a common newer engine they were used on and just scour the junkyards for good used connectors to use. That would make a "new" injector harness extremely cheap. I wonder if the GM stuff was higher quality or the fact that the entire injector harness sits under the intake and is "protected" makes a difference. These pigtails literally looked new for a high mileage engine... These plastic "T's" look similar: http://www.cabletiesandmore.com/wire-loom-tee-fittings.php

Those are the plastic T covers I found at Napa and several other places. They are quite bulky and poor fitting, to the point where I just wrapped everything with friction tape on the harness I built. Were I to build them, I would insist on only using new wire and connectors (quality control), and would much prefer to have the correct coverings for fit and appearance, as in good enough for restoration use. But I'm picky like that.

i bought new injector connectors for my car and then recreated the harness with wiring from jegs. tan, green and black.

i reused the connector that attaches to the engine bay harness..... ripped the old wires out of each terminal, spread the wire holder and the wire crimp area for each terminal with a punch, and then recrimped the new wire in, soldered it and added heat shrink for each terminal.

doesnt look exactly stock but will function perfectly.

the engine is sitting in the engine bay. just gotta hook things up and make sure the tank isnt full of rust before i try firing it up for the first time in 5 years. :)
