While working on my wagon with a 1993 suspension under it, I see the sway bar
bushings everyone sells (including me) doesn't fit right.

They have worked, as I used them in the past. But want to fix the issue.
They are too tall and do not fill the k-frame space.

Here are a couple shots. One is the normal one listed for the 1984-95 FWD Mopar cars.
The other one is for a LH car. The LH car one fits the k-frame, but needs two things.
a. the bump on the bottom
b. it is too tall, top to bottom
( and the hole centered)

Look at the 1984-95 bushing…see the section that looks gone. If that was not missing
it would be real close to filling in the k-frame and fitting, but it also is too tall.

Is this the same thing all of you with cast arm cars have found?
Is this worth making a whole new mold for?

This is for the cars, the vans are not the same.

Are we talking about this problem?

Where the bushings oval out when you compress them with the bottom plates? Cause the video shows it on an early stub strut setup, and I've had it with a 89/90 dual pivot setup as well.

Same idea but much worse.

well the video isn't the clearest but you can see it pretty ovaled out at the end of the vid. Was just trying to clarify what we were talking about. IMHO it's a problem across all years and types. It's why I went with this

because I had to space the bushings out this far to keep them from ovaling.
