Anyone know where to get exhaust flanges for an 8V head and for the turbo mount these days? Not having much luck getting them from Turbos Unleashed!

yep the website is kind of klugey but they are in there somewhere. I've gotten two head flanges from her and they are nice pieces and the price is fair.
