Yes that is what they call it. It is under the steering wheel.
Dealer is out every where.
No after market ones.
So what to do?
It's for a 1992 with tilt.

Boneyard, they are everywhere, trick is getting it out without it unwinding... It's like a long ribbon that doesnt want to feed back in once it comes out

I've got a couple of new ones. I think for a 91-92 r/t and one from something else. Do you have a part number?

OK, here is what I have: (1) PN on clockspring is 5274247 pn listed on package is 8282468 and has three connectors and a ground wire for horn. The 2nd one (2) has PN 4684219 on it, pn 4637949 on the box and says for 1993 shadow it only has 2 connectors and one ground wire so the first one must be for a cruise control car and the 2nd one is not. Will either of these work in your car? if not, anyone else need one!

the first one shows to fit a minivan, g body, shadow or lebaron 91-94 w/tilt and with or without cruise. The second one shows to fit the same but w/o tilt and cruise. I got these from a parts stash of an old guy with spirit r/t's so I think they fit those as well

I went through this on my SHO, I found it on rock auto, but it was listed under body interior subhead, rather than electrical. made no sense to me. Is this for your truck?

Dorman doesnt make them for our generation of cars (or the early trucks).

Since they are Saginaw steering columns, I wonder if there is a GM part that would work?
This issue has been in the back of my mind for a while since I had to replace the clock spring in my '90 Daytona many years ago. It wasn't cheap then, and now it seems they are NS1 with no aftermarket support. Ugghh.....
