Yes it's time again for the OVC's season ending dragracing BASH:

TURBOPALOOZA 2013!

We invade Edgewater's Saturday Tune & Test with Turbo Mopars - It's fun for the entire family!! :eyebrows:

Always a blast, and there are high level discussions about special awards for the event - more details to come. :thumb:

All are invited, car running or not. Usually an afterparty at a select OVC SafeHouse, Make new friends, see old ones - Track is open 12 noon till 5PM.

I'm now out unfortunately. I have to work that day and I don't think I can skip out on it for the third month in a row and still have a gig.

My father may be in the area for that weekend though. If he is, he may very well be in attendance in my stead.

I'll be down, still deciding on bringing the Srt-4 or the Volvo. I'm curious to see how the brick runs with new head work and lowered compression on 7psi of boost. See if I can beat the 17.4 I ran in it many of years ago.

True, it's so close to the 11's. I haven't upgraded the fuel system since then so I still have the same setup. Maybe I can do something with the tune.

I think you got a REAL good shot at getting one of those trophys! I haven't had a chance to figure out why my car won't go into 3rd gear. I'm most likely going to be tuning on my Mom's SRT-4.

Don't forget that I got a Daytona bumper for you to take back.

For those new to Edgewater: Go through the front gate, bear to the right, follow the fence line, look for Turbo Mopars at the end of the fence. We pit on the pavement, if you were on the starting line we'll be over your left shoulder...

Wow! What a great turnout and a great time! One of the best one's we've had in a while. Loved hanging out at the private room at Take5 Bar and Grill! Big Thanks to R/T for setting up TurboPalooza and big Thanks to RacinNathan for the trophy awards and setting up the after party.

Big thanks to everyone who assisted with my broken axles. Rob thanks for having one handy ( that I broke) and Fleck for the tow home.
Looking back I think I was a little too aggressive letting the clutch out.

HOLY SH*T !!! Saturday flew by faster then a 10 second run :(
had a great time. well worth the 629.9 mile round trip.
I would like to thank every one involved in making this event happen :clap:. you guys give it that special touch :thumb:
Looking forward to it next year. It was just cool being at the track one last time before the snow falls .
