Does this mean it was never registered and driven around on dealer tags? If so i shoud be able to get a mso and thus a title.
Is there anyway to see if a car was ever titled, ie....sold?
Edit vin info found. Clear title but "stopped" and mailed back to rossion for some reason. Maybe because they couldnt transfer it into their name until their license went through?
