heater blower motor removal

I was wondering what all needs to be done with removing my loud blower motor for my heater? Can I take this pos out without removing the dash on my 87 omni?

Got it out! Bearings were shot. All that I needed to do was take the glove box out and all the screws to the fan cover were exposed and easy to get to.
