Is it possible to fix this? like jb weld or something? or do I need a new intake? does the intake need coolant in it? or can I bypass this?

Coolant flow-through helps with atomozing the mixture. When its -10* outside you will notice it missing.

It barely ever gets below 10 degrees celcius here. So can i just bypass it? Thanks for the help

135sohc is referring to -10* F which puts you at -23ish C.

Anyways, is this on a TBI car?

I wouldn't. I tried that with my Scamp, and it made it a cold blooded b*tch in the mornings. Those carb'd engines like manifold heat. Plus, it can lead to carb icing when it's cold, and that will leave you stranded on the side of the road until you get it warmed up.

It is a TBI it is a 94 acclaim. And -23 is never around here.
So I can bypass this. Is there a way to fix it when I get a chance or do I need a new manifold?
Is the coolant nipple on the manifold aluminum or is it an insert of some kind?
Thanks again for all the replys
