vacuum block installation for 89 2.5 t1

I would like to make the vacuum harness more simpler & more neater for the engine, but have no idea how to plumb a vacuum block up for this to work. Any help on this would be great! A diagram would be awesome! Just tired of constantly fixed the factory setup all the time because it breaks or blows apart! :(
