vac line connector

I noticed a vac leak under my dash and found this connector falling apart. One end plugs into my hvac controls and the other is for my vents and such. Since the connector has fallen apart im not sure which hoses connect to which except for the red. They are different depending on year and what model you are taking about. I'm afraid it's trial by ordeal. BTW there are different colored connectors from different years that don't fall apart. I had this happen to me on 20k mile 88 Omni. Took me just a few minutes to figure what went where. You can always just bypass the connector and slip them together with a snug pieces of hose. Connector only is needed if dash has to come out
