No fault codes?!

I've been trouble shooting a code 13 for a while and suddenly I get only code 55 instead of 12, 55. Does that mean my computer has gone wacky, or is it just tired of me being so nosey?

:banghead: OK, never mind. I'm so used to code 12 and then 55 from doing so much work on this thing I thought code 12 was normal. So, code 55 only = good.

Code 12 is usually nothing to worry about either if you've unhooked the battery recently. If you always get it though, it can indicate a problem with the constant 12v power feed to the ecu. If I recall, a fault code 12 will stick around for something like 50 engine starts.

Thanks. I do so much troubleshooting on various problems that code 12 has been a constant state. When it went away I thought something was wrong!
