head studs

I've been running the same ARP head studs for some time now and they are way past their prime. I hear that ARP now makes the SP2000 head studs for some engines but not for the 2.4 but head studs from some other engine will work. is this true, does someone here have a part #.

The head studs I've been using in my 1g 2.4L are for a Volkswagen 1.8L 16V - part number 204-4204. Try looking it up by that engine.

thanks for posting. my old studs are the VW ones. the ARP2000 are like $340, no thank you. got studs for the SRT4 they have a bigger nut and washer. $120 on Ebay freeshipping.

I thought the SRT-4 studs didn't fit the older 2.4's for some reason? Or have you upgraded since I last checked?

they work just fine in are old 2.4s.
