PCV setup questions.

I have the basic idea of the factory PCV setup and how to replicate it. My question is I have the tube coming off the intake manifold with the PCV valve on it. What are you guys using to T off the back of the valve cover? That's a very large nipple so if I use a hose to fit off it how are you adapting it down to be the same size as the PCV valve hose as well as the hose that goes to the intake hose pre-turbo?

I always saved every good one i ever got when i was at a yard or i stripped a motor. I am lucky to have 1 or 2 of those little 3 way hoses around somewhere.
But I would like to see a custom piece someone has made as well..

You buy a new T from the dealer, then all I used to do was route the fresh air side to a catch can or K@N type free standing filter.
