I bought a 92 stealth r/t with a 3.0 v6 single over head cam. the previous owner added a turbo. I made it almost home and it quit. We found the ECU (http://dodgeforum.com/forum/#) went out. does that have any thing to do with the turbo and if so ware can I get a UCU that will handle the turbo. http://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/df_new/buttons/edit.gif (http://dodgeforum.com/forum/editpost.php?do=editpost&p=3016542)

ECU failures are notorious on the stealths. Nothing to do with the turbo, usually just old leaky capacitors on the ecu board. I don't recall ever seeing a turbo on a SOHC stealth before, could you post some pics? An R/T should have a DOHC from factory unless someone changed it.

It was changed and the turbo was added latter. makes it a nightmare to find parts for

There are several people here who would like to see pics of the engine bay of this car. Let me know if you need help posting pics.

Ecu failures on stealths and 3000gts are often caused by capacitors inside the ECU failing. These are replaceable by someone with soldering skills, although they sometimes cause collateral damage when they pop. You should be able to use any SOHC stealth ecu. The turbo install has nothing to do with the factory computer in most cases, so another stock computer from a SOHC stealth should work in your car.

I will tale some pictures as soon as I get a new phone. mine decided the dishwater was a better place then my shirt pocked and I am saving for an ecu first. :)
