mystery pieces found in the window channel

44909449104491144912I had to take the glass out of the door frames on the Omni while replacing the window frame weatherstrip. while doing so we ran across these (see pics) I guess they are used to keep the window from wobbling when it is in the down position. Anyway, while trying to take them out, they basically fell apart in little pieces. We salvaged one of them. I believe on an Omni there are two per window. Does anyone know what these are called and where I might be able to locate some new ones?

I hate it when terminology prevents one from sourcing stuff... Like trying to explain what configuration the window channel you need is, etc.

Might have to see if it's listed in the exploded views at the dealer to get a proper name/part number...

That appears to be the part that holds window glass to the bracket where rollers slide on.
86 parts catalog calls it bushing and fastener pkg. pPart # is 3744734. Screw is 6030182.
