on a stock cal T2 with stock I/C and head and about 13lbs. Is there any benefits to it? I have one and would like to install it

Mike... no not really any benefit. You have a large can already dude. I remember seeing it. But to answer your question, the large can is only needed to run more than 22psi. That's "about" the limit of the small can.

I have the small can :( and a large can in my garagie LOL. But thats what I was thinking no real need for it till after I run more psi

or if you go with a 3" swingvalve which uses a larger diameter puck (wastegate), requiring a larger force actuator can.

Kewl I beleive it has the stock or a 2.5" swing valve then into a 3" exhaust
