Profec B spec 1-max boost control

Need a quick answer on max boost, searched but no one lists the answer.

I know the spec2 is 43.5 psi,that's what most of the greddy's are but you still need the wastegate spring pressure.

Mine only went to 23.7 on a SPEC 1 unit.
