Well, i need a turbine housing for Slug afterall. Not going to repair 3 bad threaded holes when there is already one heli-coil and that crack.

Its got a .48 housing now, so that or a .63 would be fine. Unless the .63 would be too laggy with this clipped turbine?
Prefer new or newer and ready to use.
Can PayPal, or donations accepted :D

Rare finds nowadays if you need the Chrysler style. Best bet is to move to the standard/Ford style T3 housings if you can.

Which is what I should have known was coming...
I already have that header made for the Chrysler housing.
Something about the flange angle is different between the two?
Using the atp swingvalve anyway so I wouldn't be concerned about that placement so much.
But if I don't know if could attach to this Simon's log header. It takes more than just redrilling the weird bolt hole, or is that the only one that needs fixing?

Just found some pics.
I don't think I can adapt a Ford housing to this header. That was why someone else passed on purchasing it, to get one with a Ford t3 flange.

Well this is lovely. But still early. Maybe someone has or knows someone that can help.
Going to be a real bugger if I have to change turbine wheels to get something usable.

Which header do you have?

It's one sold by Simon, built by Shayne.
The top "studs" are bolts welded in, so I'm not able to remove.
I had it sent to TU for coating, but here's a couple pics:

Just mill the studs down, drill the T3 flange pattern and mill everything flat. I couldn't get the studs out on a stock exhaust manny for 2 of them so that's what I did, Works fine.

Agreed. The Chrysler housing is a big limiter in turbo choices anymore

I hear you both.
I was hoping to get this together on my days off. And that would take a lot more time, plus I don't have a shop around here I trust.
I'll hope for bolt on, but failing that yes I may end up doing as you suggest.
No concerns with the lack of the support point with the Ford t3 housing?
Which Ford t3 housing would place the center section in about the same point?

When I posted a want ad a few weeks ago, I got a few replies. I'll forward you the PM for the one I turned down after I'd already sent payment for the first one.

Thanks for the tip Adam!
Hopefully he still has something.
This is going to mess up my vacation days I took if I can't get Slug back together.
I could always start yanking the engine and trans from MeanMini though...
