I just renewed my web site. Originally bought in May of 2003.
So about this time 10 years ago I started PolyBushings after leaving Quickor Suspension.
Then bought the web site in May. So many changes since that first year.

The first couple years I worked at Aldridge Motorsports 10am to 5 pm and worked
PolyBushings in the mornings and after 6pm...usually til 10 or 11 pm. Got so busy
after while I had to quit the day job (it was a fun job, I worked on many cool cars
and worked the counter too. It was a hot rod shop). I stayed at Aldridge for Friday's
only, they said they really needed me at least one day.

After while we decided to expand and needed some place besides just a two car garage.
All the land near Portland was too spendy. When we found this place we just fell in love
with it. Little did we know how much work it was going to be to not only keep a business
going from a rented storage unit, but while building a place to live.

It has all worked out though and would not go back for anything.
At one time I was offered a job that would have paid very well, but I could not think
of myself working for someone else now. Or for giving up this, besides how would
every turbo Dodge owner get parts? :)

Now we make parts for Ford's, Buick's, Chevy's and Pontiac's.
But my love is still for Dodge cars, especially turbo Dodge cars.

I want to thank ALL of you for your support through the years to make this all possible!!!!

I worked 20 years for PayLess Drug Stores and a year for Rite-Aid. Ad designer and graphic artist. I was the advertising production manager the last 8 years. In charge of getting all the ads made for 1100 stores through out the west. Had 19 people working for me. Had to coordinate with 40 buyers and merchandisers. SO YES it was a rat race. Then worked for a publisher for a couple years, then on to no-pay Quickor. But Quickor was fun. Then to Aldridge Motorsports and starting PolyBushings.

Happy Anniversary Johnny!

These days running a small business can be very challenging, especially in a niche' market. You run a tight ship which is why you do so well.

Glad to see you are spreading some of the Love to other manufactures also. They need all the help they can get to keep up with our Turbo Mopars :)

Chris-TU

BTW- It's been GREAT working with you the last 10 years and we look forward to at least another 20.

I for one have Polymounts in every vehicle that I can get them in.
If I was clever enough I would also have his suspension pieces.

Thanks to You my Friend;

Hey johnny, for some reason this popped into my head. I can't remember if I ever sent you pics of the trans mount issues I was having with my 94 Pbody. This was a fix that solved my issues and I just wanted to share.

My part held up!
The stock part did not. And I have no control over that.
Sorry!

what if you filled around all the rubber instead of just the little triangle? looks to me that instead of the rubber legs flexing because now they can't that all the force just went into the rubber "base" and tore the leg in half. which looks like what Shadow4vl did. Is shadow the only one with this issue?

There is no other spaces to fill until you have it in the bracket.

Johnny is right, you can't fill anything until you box in the original bracket. I welded a section across the bottom of the mount so that the poly could be poured in. It's just a shame that the trans bracket wasn't made this way from factory. Also it doesn't help that the 3.0 v6 auto doesnt have a spot for a rear strut mount on the trans, I have two of these cars and I was battling the same issue with both :( .
