speedo sensor bolt size?

Ok, so I lost the bolt that holds the speedo sensor in place. Can anyone tell me what thread/length it is so I can pick up a replacement at the hardware store? It's in an 87 or 88 A555 if that matters.

6mm/1.0 is the size and thread pitch, dont know the length off hand, not real long though maybe 25mm
