If it were me I would go to the junkyard and yank one out of a junk car. Any 2.5 will work.

Dipstick or dipstick tube? Or both?

yeah, I know, but there aren't any 2.2/2.5 engines in strip yards here. How much do you need for it?

I guess $5 bucks each would work, depending on either or both. For a 2.5 common block...
