Coolant in Block help

Hey, I do not know much about the coolant system but is there suppose to be coolant in the block? Heres a pic with the head off. You can see the coolant there.

Yes, coolant and oil flow thru different part of the block.

If there isn't any, and you didn't drain it, then someting is wrong, :eyebrows:

okay i realize that theres oviously suppose to be coolant in the block just didnt know what part. THANK YOUU
