Depends on how the engine make its power and what RPM you want to rev to.

You'd also want to keep the injector duty cycle lower than 80%. For example, at 6500rpm and 14.7 ms injector pulse, you're at 80% duty cycle, so you don't want to go over 14.7 ms injector pulse if you want to rev to 6500rpm.

My engine would hit that 14.7ms injector pulse at 9psi and it likes to rev to 6.7k. It makes around 220-240hp at 13psi, according to the 1/4 mile calculator.
