How many people still are using the factory original radiator? My 89 Daytona still has the original one in it, and it looks really clean inside.

This is from a "clean" looking radiator.

Of course, I do live in AZ and have working a/c in my cars, so a working radiator for someone else might not work well here.

I was using the original from 94 until one of the end tanks split earlier this year. The new spectra I got cools better and its a lot lighter too. Snagged it on ebay for around $100.

Depends, if it works, not leaking and not rotted, keep on using it. If your running hot, internally its done. You can't buy them new anymore, TII rads that is, so you need to get it record or join TU's group buy for his aluminum rads or fit the n/a one in, which isn't hard if you remove the stock IC.

All three of our L bodies have original radiators.
All three have been boiled out at the radiator shop.

I have a couple with the original units still in them. There are a couple which have just had them replaced too though.

Nothing wrong with mine, I was only asking because looking at pictures of TD's it looks like most still have the originals installed.

62.37% of those are still in there because we're cheap. :o

My R/T and GLHS have the original radiators in them. If you are concerned about yours being original, back flush the cooling system and get the crud out of it. As tryingbe showed, it will have crud in it no matter how clean the rad may look.
