Wifi for ostrich 2 ?

just woundering it this would work and if so would it be fast ,better, transmit farther

Moates makes a blue tooth device for the Ostrich but the last time I checked they were sold out. It seems that would work but you'd need an adaptor because the Ostrich uses the printer type USB port not the blade type.

Ostrich plug is the one on the left.

I never seen them offer the bluetooth module i looked for 3 years they only show how it could be install but they dont give any part number or makes of the said installed module used.

That wireless module is for a computer where you can install the software for it. It wouldn't work on the ostrich because you would have no way of setting up the network and the ostrich doesn't know how to use it.

That's because they're sold out. I contacted them and they said they had to make more but weren't sure if they were going to or not. That was a year or two ago.
