96 neon weird spark

So dad picked up a 96 neon and it seems to run really good. the CEL came on and it did end up being a downstream 02 sensor. When checking it out I went ahead and checked the spark on each wire just for S@#$ n giggles. I have never seen a car spark like this one and the plugs all look good. (No CEL or codes now. only code was the P0140) Anyways back to task at hand... the coils seems to be firing (at idle) about ~4X faster on cylinders 3&4 than on 1&2. I've never seen a car do that before and like I said, it runs good. No miss. And ideas? The left side of the coil sparks at a normal rate and the right side sparks ~4x faster according to my test light.

I can't help thinking that your test light is too twitchy and is picking up inductive pulses off the other side.

Possibly. The light is old as dirt. Lol

So whats the problem? It runs fine but your trying to figure out why your test is odd?

How are you testing? I test light or a spark plug in each wire?

Car is still running fine and just passed emissions. Will try a plug in each wire instead of my old timing light. Otherwise car is running like a top.
